It's quite weird you can't download LO from official website: https://www.libreoffice.org/download Except on LO, do you encounter other problems on your system? Anyway, you should give a try to the raw method: 1) Download the full package (4.1.5 or 4.2.2) 2) Uninstall LibreOffice 3) Remove any LibreOffice/OpenOffice/Apache OpenOffice 4) Rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile).
