Use better native looking and Apple UI guidelines following toolbar icons (in
color and form of appearance) for the default theme.
Examples:
* the folder icon of the "Open..."-Dialog (color is brown instead of blue)
* the "Save" icon
* the icons for "bold", "italic", "underline" (are too clumsy)
* the printer icons
Maybe better use more native-like b/w buttons and icons like in the Finder,
TextEdit.app, Preview.app or, Pages.app, Keynote.app
