Screenshot that compares the TOC of a document in LO 4.2 and MS Word 2010

Problem description: We have an example docx that has wrong page numbers in TOC
when we open it in LibreOffice Writer.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open docx in LO 4.2 Writer
2. Scroll to table of contents
3. Check page numbers
4. Repeat in MS Word 2010

Current behavior: The page numbers in LibreOffice are wrong. See the comparison
image attached to this bug.
It does not matter if the page numbers in the TOC are up to date in the
original document or not. In both cases, they are wrong in LO.

Expected behavior: correct page numbers

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.2.2.1 release
