Problem description:
When reopening a hyperlink in calc the Target and URL are replaced by the text
"!!!br0ken!!". Each time you reopen an existing hyperlink, the original target
is lost and has to be set again.

Atention: This problem does not occur on Linux (Mint 16)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open calc and open an extra sheet
2. Open Insert Hyperlink
3. Select the Target_In_Document icon
4. Select the second sheet
5. Insert any text in the text field
6. Apply the Hyperlink
7. Reopen the Hyperlink
8. See the broken target ...

Current behavior:
When reopening a hyperlink in calc the Target and URL are replaced by the text
"!!!br0ken!!".

Expected behavior:
When reopening a hyperlink in calc the Target and URL should keep their
initially introduced value.
