Problem Description:
In WRITER you have the possibility to select a language from the menu TOOLS,
but in CALC you unfortunately don't have this option.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WRITER
2. Go to TOOLS -> LANGUAGE
Observation: You have the option to select the language for "For Selection",
"For Paragraph" and "For all Text".
3. Open CALC
4. Go to TOOLS -> LANGUAGE
Observation: You have don't have an option to select a language. Hence, it
would be good to have here also the option to select a language like "For
Selection", "For the Whole Sheet" and "For all Sheets".
