Priority: medium
Bug ID: 76757
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: down arrow key not working
Severity: critical
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Windows (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: x86 (IA32)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.2.0.4 release
Component: Writer
Product: LibreOffice
Every few minutes, the down arrow key stops working. I then use the right arrow
key to get to the next line. Then the down arrow key gets me down 2 lines, but
no more. Then use the right key to get to the next line, then down 2 lines,
then blocked again (sequence repeats).
If I press the up arrow once, the cursor sometimes goes up one line. Press down
and it goes down one line.
Press up, it goes up one line. Press it again, the cursor goes up one more
line. Then I press the down arrow key and the cursor won't go down.
Sometimes when I press the up arrow, the cursor goes up 2 lines (skips a line).
The down arrow will not cause the cursor to go down to the skipped line.
If I resize the window, down arrow key starts working again (for a few
minutes).
I'm writing an odt document with default style.
