Since reported partially solved and this file seems to cause a ton of trouble, closing this. Jorge, please open separate bugs for each problem you are seeing with this file. A good example how to do this is https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66119 (also check "see also"). That is the only way to keep track of what's happening and which bugs are solved with newer versions and which persist to be a problem. I think we can all agree on this?
