Deletion of one (or more) of the photo's will fix it, however they are not extremely lage Draw files. I was using LO for many years with no problem, and installed the latest update, when they became availabe. The problem only started since mid-2013! I cannot remember what V4. level it was. Unfortunately, a did not keep previous (version 3)installation files. I have tools on my computer to monitor disk and processor usage, but there was no obvious excess noticable during the long save time. On another forum, it was said to install the latest drivers of the video card. In my case: ATI Radeon HD 5400 I have not tested this. I had to move to OpenOffice 4.0.1 since I do production work in libe/open Office and it is impossible for me, to continue in LO. I will report here, when I have tested this.
