Thought it could be you wanted to see the value for the time (like the clock on your desktop for example) in the moment you open the form. I have tested to set the time to default, for example 13:15. Works as expected. Shows 13:15, when I enter a new row. Can't confirm this bug with LO 4.2.3.3 and OpenSUSE 64bit rpm-Linux. You have installed the first released version of LO 4.2. Could you please update LO to a newer version of this feature-release and test it again?
