When using LibreOffice 4.2 with screen readers, spelling errors are not
communicated, so that the screen reader cannot announce them for us.
However, if you open the context menu, the suggestions are shown.
This is most likely a regression, as doesn't occurred in older versions of this
branch.
I noticed this from the version 4.2.2 or something.
Also doesn't occurs in 4.3.
