An example CSV file that I had the problem with

Problem description:

I've been working with some spreed sheets that I've downloaded off Google
AdWords Keyword Planner. When I select multiple rows the workbook slows right
down to a snails pace and takes for ever to respond to anything e.g. selecting
those rows. Also the CPU appears to be over used in this period.

This was not a problem when I was using an old version of Open Office 3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download a spread sheet from the Google Keywords Planner Tool
2. Open it, turn on the filter
3. Select multiple rows and try and delete them

Current behavior:

Takes much longer than is required to complete a task.

Expected behavior:

Function smoothly with multiple selections, delete without freezing for a while
and not over use the CPU in the process.

Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.2.2.1 release
