Problem description: Why have two installers, one for everything except help
being 211Mb and one for just the help file being just 5Mb?
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the download page for the Windows version.
Current behavior:
There are two download files.
Expected behavior:
Make a single download file of 216Mb
