See slideshow/source/engine/OGLTrans/unx/OGLTrans_TransitionImpl.cxx - have a
look at all those makeOutsideCubeFaceToLeft(), makeFallLeaving() methods - it's
really just a few (albeit cleverly thought-out) lines of code you need.
