Problem description: When LibreOffice is started, sometimes it hangs and the UI
is not drawn fully. When this happens to Writer or Impress, the main page area
and the toolbars are fully drawn, but the menu bar is transparent and the
application is unresponsive. When this happens to the main LibreOffice
application, the main window is created and has the menu bar, but the main
content (the create document buttons and the previously created documents) is
not drawn. This behavior happens about 1/2 of the time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any of the LibreOffice applications
2. About 50% of the time, application will hang and be only partially drawn.
Current behavior: About 50% of the time, application will hang and be only
partially drawn.
Expected behavior: Application opens normally
