Sample file exhibiting bug

When viewing the slide show (F5) certain svg background images are painted in a
resolution that is illegible. They appear to be converted to a very low
resolution bitmap.

Possibly related to this bug
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68927

Steps to reproduce;

Insert a svg as an image into a impress presentation and size the image to the
size of the slide. Then create another slide and insert the same image as a
background (format | page | background).

The two different slides look similar until you start the slide show. The
background image is significantly degraded but the other image is fine.
