The table borders will be shown (in v4.2.3.3) after activating in menu Table:
*Table Boundaries*.

The bug is already fixed (in v4.2.4.1): Bug 76195 - regression: with "Table
Boundaries" disabled, the borders of tables are not visible.

Tested with the attachment "Sem título 1.odt".
