I have this bug on opensuse 13.1, two computers.
When you open a comma separated CSV file and re-save it, it doesn't give you
the option of how to format it, and it chooses tab separated by default. To
change back to comma separated, I have to save to ODS and then resave to CSV.
extremely annoying.
