How to reproduce:
* Open Writer
* Draw a shape (View > Toolbars > Drawing)
* Right click on shape > Area
Behavior: in tab 'Gradients', 'Hatching' and 'Bitmaps' only a blank rectangle
is visible as preview. See screenshot
