crash screenshot

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Try to insert Row before row#257
3. See msgbox:

LibreOffice 4.2 - Fatal Error
invalid vector<T> subscript

(and it's not even "stop" error msgbox!)

4. Click OK

Current behavior:
and watch as LO completely disappear (btw, fastest way to exit! No disc
activity also.)

Expected behavior:
WTF msgbox?

P.S. A hang: (Note for me to remember, will report separately)
Ctrl+A
Delete
Insert row before #257 (Ctrl+"+")
Ctrl+z
Ctrl+z

LO hangs.
Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.2.3.3 release
