The dialog to add endnote or footnotes does not remember your previous choice.
If you are adding footnotes this is fine as it is the default selection.
However, adding endnotes becomes tedious as you have to select 'endnote' for
every endnote that you add.
Proposed Solution:
Allow the selection of endnote/footnote to be sticky for the document session
and to reflect the last selected option.
