The Autotext "Formula Numbering" produces General OLE Error
Steps to reproduce
1. File> New> Text Document
2. Type FN then F3 (Autotext shortcut)
The autotext inserts a table with a formula in col A
3. Double click on the object
Expected result: editing the formula
Actual result: General OLE Error
Was ok with 4.1.6.2.
Platform: windows 7/64 & Version: 4.2.4.1

- Ubuntu 14.04 & 4.2.4.1
