This is one sheet from a large document. It nicely reproduces the problem.

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. insert or delete rows into existing spreadsheet.

There is no step 2.

Current behavior: Relentless "vector::_M_range_check" errors, followed by
program crash. I can sometimes keep working if I move around various rows and
columns, and save the sheet after every separate change.

Expected behavior: I can insert or delete the rows without crashing the
program!

In the attached file, try deleting one or more of the rows, starting at row
194, which a "/" in column B. That will cause the problem.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.2.1.1 release
