Hi Allan,

As you have changed the font with a direct formatting (this not change default
font) when you cut a cell it loses the direct formatting, retrieving the
default cell style.

If you want set up a new font size or any other format for all cell the right
way is set up the default cell style, what you can see and edit with [F11] or
Menu/Format/Styles & formatting. Right-click on default style and modify it as
you like, and then save as template.
