Priority: medium
Bug ID: 78226
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: EDITING: crash on changing Named cell range
Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: Other
Whiteboard: BSA
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.2.3.3 release
Component: Spreadsheet
Product: LibreOffice
Created attachment 98380
--> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=98380&action=edit
showcase: two worksheets, one with named cells, the other referring to them
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1.a. Open the attached showcase ods file
2. Go to the first worksheet, select name editing and change the ranges "one"
and/or "two" - e.g. let them point to row 35 instead of 34
3. Apply changes, check the ranges actually changed
4.a. Save the document. Libreoffice crashes.
4.b. Go to the second worksheet. Libreoffice crashes.
5. Reopen Libreoffice. It asks to restore the document, do so and see the
document restored to (just) before changing the named range(s).
Alternative to 1:
1.b.1. Create a Spreadsheet document with two worksheets A and B.
1.b.2. In A, select two cell ranges and Define Names for each one.
1.b.3. In B, refer to them [using the formula SUMPRODUCT - don't know if this
is neccesary]
Environment:
Libreoffice 4.2.3-3 from the Archlinux repositories.
I think it already appeared with 4.2.2-2 from the same repo.
Occurs even after deleting the userprofile ~/.config/libreoffice/4
Current/Expected behavior:
Instead of being able to change the range of a Named cell range, Libreoffice
crashes.
