          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 78278
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FORMATTING: Frame background color can not be set
during initial creation, only when editing
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA PossibleRegression
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha1
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description: When creating a text Frame, in the Area tab, if the Fill
drop-down is set to "Color", then some sub-windows appear where the
color-picker should be, but there is no color-picker, just white space. You
can not select a color.

If an existing frame is edited, however, the color-picker appears as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new text doc
2. Insert-Frame, click Area tab
3. Change the Fill drop-down to Color

Current behavior: Empty sub-windows appear

Expected behavior: Color picker should appear

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha1
Last worked in: 4.2.2.1 release
