Problematic to convert file
On some windows environments here is problem converting document to PDF format
using command line switches -headless -convert-to pdf. (See page 2). To
reproduce prease use clean windows installation without MS Office installed. At
the same machine converting document using GUI (File - Export to PDF) works
well and gives different result. Here are different exported character sets
inside of exported PDF files.
