Setting TEXT_MIN_SMALL in b/sw/source/core/text/txtfly.cxx to 1134 in practice reverts the commit, but that breaks the document from that bugreport, and there's no value that'd work for both. The fix is admitedly a bit of a hack, but until somebody has a better look at the issue, let's leave it this way.
