HTML documents generated by LibreOffice 3.3.3 replace accented characters by
its HTML equivalent sucha as
á = á
é = é
à = à
ç = ç
etc...
But LibreOffice 3.4.5 and LibreOffice 3.5 RC3 does not convert the accented
characters.
Steps to verify: create a new html file in LibreOffice, switch to HTML view.
