Problem description:
Selecting the font from the drop-down list is almost impossible
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select spreadsheet
2. Scroll down the font drop-down list to beyond halfway
3. Now move your mouse cursor left to pick a font - the list position
auto-scrolls to the top of the list before you can pick that mid-way font.
Current behaviour: As Step 3
Expected behaviour: The list should not scroll when the cursor is moved off the
scroll bar
