The problem is annoying and occurs differently from application to application.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new Writer document.
2. Create drawing object of any kind.
3. Try to copy it by holding down the Ctrl-key and moving it with the mouse.
4. Try the same by holding down Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V
5. Try the same with picutures.
6. Do the same in other LO-applications.

- Writer:
 with Ctrl+Mouse:
   1. New document: copies only 1st drawing/shape, works well with images
      Dokument: not at first with drawings/shapes, then suddenly they appeare 
all after inserting image, works well with images
   2. with Ctrl-C/-V:
      doesn't work at all, neither with drawings/shapes, nor with images

- Calc:
  perfect

- Draw:
  quite good, still not perfect
  with ctrl-button presed only able to copy actual selection (@ drawings AND
pictures)
  ctrl-c/-v works perfectly

- Impress:
  see Draw

Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS 64bit, Intel onBoard HD Graphics 4000

- Writer:
  with Ctrl+mouse:
   doesn't work right away, then after having inserted an image, works well   
with images

   doesn't work at all, neither with drawings/shapes, nor with pictures

   perfect

   doesn't work at all, neither with drawings/shapes, nor with pictures

  quite good, still not perfect
