Google delivers lots of lots of hits for that message (French and English), for example <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324886/EN-US> I only found one OOo Issue "Published Installation with Active Directory Group Policy fails with error message" that might be related, "See Also"! Also <https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=97661> might contain information, but I co not know anything about GPO @choffardet: What did you try already to solve the problem?
