Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install LibreOffice
2. Click Launchpad
3. Find and click Libreoffice icon
Current behavior:
Libreoffice starts and immediately quits without any notice
Expected behavior:
Libreoffice should start the same way as if started from Applications folder

Note that the Libreoffice starts fine when launched from
1) Applications folder
2) Dock (if added to Dock)
3) By opening any document
Also, clicking in LibreOffice in Launchpad if LibreOffice is already running
activates LibreOffice fine.
But clicking in LibreOffice in Launchpad if LibreOffice is NOT running causes
the bug.
