Sometimes, out of nowhere, the turtle boundaries become dotted. This should be
a change in penstyle, but the style continues to be normal, and the user did
not type the PENSTYLE command.
It seems that the turtle is reinitialized (like the Clear Screen command) with
the wrong penstyle parameter.
