Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a new file.
2) Enter any text.
3) Set the tracking changes in file. (Edit-> Changes-> Record)
4) Save the file.
5) Type a new text.
6) Open the context menu in the new text.
Current behavior: The popup menu itens when using the traking changes is not
Portuguese Brazilian
Expected behavior: The popup menu itens should be displayed in Portuguese
Brazilian.
Rwindows XP SP3
LibreOffice 4.2.3 or 4.2.4
