Locale Moore of Burkina Faso
I generated a locale setting for the main national language of Burkina Faso.
The Moore also called Moré or Mòoré have over 5 million native speakers. I
would like to have it integrated in libreoffice and I would create a
dictionnary for the Moose (people speaking the moore)

for some reason I ignore, I have been forced to use alternative quotations.
