Problem description:
this problem is absent from the version 4.2.0.
Steps to reproduce:
1. menu/option
2. and personalization/
3. personal theme, I click button.
I inserts the URL of Personas theme.
I press OK on the 2 windows.
The theme is not installed.
Current behavior:
the theme will not install.
Expected behavior:
normally, the theme Personas must install.
Operating System: Windows 8
