This is not a bug - it is expected because binary representation of real
decimal numbers is not exact. Look at [1] and [2] for detailed explanation.
Your formula also uses the result from the previous calculation, which just
increases the error. Now to overcome this you have to round the result to
expected number of digits. In your example you have to modify the formula to:

=ROUND(C1+0,05; 2)

Round to 2 decimal places..
