If the background of an area is a GRAYED bitmap image, the effect (GRAY) IS NOT
imported correctly on .pub file.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document on both Microsoft Office 2003 and LibreOffice 4.2.4.2
and see differences
Current behavior: full color background
Expected behavior: grayed bmp background
Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.2.4.2 release
