Regression: "Collate" check-box in the print dialog no longer has any effect.
Works in 4.2.4.0.0+
If Number-of-copies is set to N, you get N copies of page 1, followed by N
copies of page 2, etc. (i.e. collated)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached demo document
2. File->Print Check "All Pages", set "Number of copies" to 2,
and leave "Collate" checked (as it is by default)
3. Click OK
Current behavior: Prints pages 1,1,2,2,3,3
Expected behavior: Prints pages 1,2,3, 1,2,3
Operating System: Ubuntu
