Please try a complete purge and a reinstall. It's specific to your system because I've checked 4.2.4.2 on both Windows 7 and Ubuntu and the fax/agenda wizards are there. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile I am marking this as WFM - if you still have the problem after a fresh profile and reinstall please provide a screenshot of your wizards and then mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED.
