             Bug #: 45836
Summary: menu entry "View - Data Sources" exists only if Base
                    ins installed
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Libreoffice
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

If LibreOffice is installed *without* Base the menu entry "View - Data Sources"
is missing. It is not even deactivated, but missing at all.

The entry is missing even if there *are* data sources.

This is very confusing as this is the place where one is looking for this
functionality. Where should I maintain the data-sources? (This is hidden deep
inside the options dialog.)

How to reproduce:

Install LibreOffice *without* Base.

Create a serial letter (Serienbrief) (or use an existing one)-> This will allow
you to select a data source. Select or create one.

In menu Edit the menu entry "Exchange Datasource" is available and working. So
one is able to *exchange* the data source. But where to maintain?

Now I would expect to have a menu entry for maintaining the data-sources, esp.
I
would expect to have the menu entry "View - Data Sources". But this is missing.
