Problem description: Unable to get Japanese installed and working in Japanese
as per Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji. In LinuxMint 17.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Give the program/s LinuxMint 17 & LibreOffice on a laptop to a normal
average human (test subject) who is not an expert in Linux or LibreOffice.
2. ....Tell them to install an additional language for Asian/Japanese, and them
to write one single little word in Japanese-SCRIPT and tell them their lives
depend on it, and they have 3 hours to get Japanese working, before you
(motivation) e.g. `shoot their family`.
3. ....Watch them break down and cry after three hours trying and getting more
and more distressed and flustered.
Current behavior: Frustrated.
Expected behavior: More frustration. Despair. Go back to Windows & Office 2007.
