1 - Create a new document in Writer
2 - Choose Insert > New > Picture > From File
3 - There is a combo box named "Style" which is used to choose a frame style; I
suggest to change label do "Frame Style", because it is much more clear.

PS: In Portuguese (Brazil), this label is not localized (also in earlier
versions). The translation should be "Estilo" or even "Estilo de Quadro",
according to my suggestion.
