Shows the comment option disabled.
1. Open a blank document
2. Enable track changes with Edit > Changes > Record
3. Type 'What'
4. Select 'What' from left to right with your mouse or keyboard
5. Edit > Changes > Comment is disabled
Doing the selection from right to left will have the 'Comment' option enabled.
Tested on Linux Mint with the latest release of 3.6 to 4.2 and 4.3 beta. Also
test on 4.3 beta on Windows XP SP3.
