I am using Libre Office Writer for formatting multi-chapter book.
A user-defined style named "Question" is used for formatting questions in
Exercises. It uses another style named "Question Number" for numbering the
questions.
The first question in each chapter has "restart numbering" set.
However, the numbering for questions in second chapter onwards does not start
with 1 (it continues with list in previous chapter).
Each chapter also has another section ("Exercises (Advanced Section)". The
questions in this list properly start with 1.
