Problem description:
Symbols/operator panel has no scrollbar, even if there are too many items, so
the user sometimes can't see all of them.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Math (or insert a formula)
2. Resize symbols/shortcut panel
Current behaviour:
Many symbols and mathematical operators are hidden, because there's no
scrollbar. I need to use a third of my screen just to be sure that I'm looking
at the whole collection.
Expected behaviour:
When there are too many items, a scrollbar should apperar
