This is the second part of bug 79292. With attachment 86189, if you open it in
LibO 4.2.4 and save it as a docx, and then reopen the saved docx in 4.2.4, the
index table on page 3 is missing. Opening the saved 4.2.4 docx in 4.3 beta or
word 2013 shows the table, so thats why this is a fileopen issue.
attachment 99927 shows how it looks in 4.2 and 4.3 beta.
