I'm editing a songbook with close to 600 pages and ~450 songs. No images used,
no graphics. Plain text with tabs and a few (max. 5) format styles.
When I save the file, it takes ~20-30 secs on my i5 Dell with fast HDD. saving
pdf takes a while, updating the ToC as well. It's a pain in the ass :-( For
privacy reasons, I cannot add the songbook, unfortunately :-/
