          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 79436
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Cell reference to external spreadsheet yields Err.509
                    once saved and re-opened (.xlsx)
          Severity: major
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.5.3 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Created attachment 100141
  --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=100141&action=edit
The result

When I create the reference it looks like this:
='file:///c:/users/andrew/documents/shinju
2014/treasurer/myob2014/murakami2014_050514.xlsx'#$'The sheet'.$C$4
I save the book Using XLSX format (I have to work with excel people)
I now close the sheet.
I re-open the sheet - err.509 replaces previously correctly displayed data.
This is what the cell now reads as the reference:
=['file:///c:/users/andrew/documents/shinju
2014/treasurer/myob2014/murakami2014_050514.xlsx']'the sheet'!$c$4
So somewhere in the saving and re-opening phase we have acquired a set of
square brackets, lost a # and $ and exchanged a . for a ! Result equals
useless...
Thanks
