Bottom Toolbar Separator in 3.6 (top) and 4.3 beta (bottom)
When a toolbar shows up at the bottom, like the table toolbar in writer, the
black separator has moved to the bottom in 4.0 and above. Tested on Linux. In
Windows 7 there are no toolbar row separators.
